Amazon echo devices are equipped with a microphone mute button as well. There are never any cameras or recording devices on the interior of any property. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing or disabling in any way electronic monitoring devices. Lost Items We are not liable for any items left behind. Our protocol is to return all articles found to our office. We are glad to arrange retrieval, and or ship found items, incurring all shipping charges onto you, a tracking number will be provided. Internet Our internet service provider limits data consumption to 1.2TB a month. Designating a daily 40GB limit. Exceeding the amount based on your stays date range incurs a $15 fee, per every 40GB beyond your stays total allotted data usage. Maintenance & Landscaping The properties general maintenance & landscaping is handled by independent contractors. Should a work order be fulfilled during your stay, we will provide due notice and do our part to not inconvenience your stay. Trash All trash must be bagged, the garbage bin is located outside near the garage. The trash bin is to be rolled to the curb Sunday nights for early Monday morning pick up. The Little White House on Lake Allatoona is a charming, lake cottage that sleeps 8. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and ensuite master bathroom. It is located on a wooded lot with a short stroll to a dock on a no wake cove (ours is a gentle slope to dock - many houses on Altoona have extreme walks and many steep steps to the water). Spend the day taking advantage of lake activities like fishing, floating, kayaking or rent a boat at the local marina. In the evening enjoy the amazing sunsets from the top of the dock or the stone patio. The house is located just outside of Red Top Mountain State Park if you want to hike one of the park's many trails. If you are looking for shopping or dining you are just 4.4 miles from downtown Acworth & 11.8 miles from downtown Cartersville. Lake Point Sports complex is 7.9 miles away. Not many lake locations offer so many amenities within such close proximity. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and the lower level of the house has a kitchen, dining room, living room and family room with water views and a walk out patio. The dock is located about 1,800 feet from property along easily followed trail through Army Corps of Engineer's Land, it takes about 5 mins to walk from the house to the dock. Keep your boat at the dock or rent ours. You can also rent the Yamaha VX Deluxe WaveRunner Jet Ski. We keep Kayaks & Paddles at the dock for your enjoyment. This lakehouse has by far one of the best views of Lake Allatoona in North Georgia. It sits close to the water with 200'+ of water frontage. A large 700 square foot dock with lights and swimming ladder awaits. We are just a few miles from downtown Acworth & LakePoint Sports The house has had 3 remodels since its purchase in 2008. Families will enjoy the cabin feel of the upstairs and kids will love the huge remodeled basement with plenty of space to keep them occupied when they’re not outside. The kitchen has granite counter tops throughout and stainless steel appliances. Welcome to Treasure Hunt Tree House, located in Kennesaw GA (about 20 min drive from Atlanta) This is a truly unique three floor tree house complete with many fun features as well as this cool activity: The tree house has an adventurous twist in the form of a treasure hunt for any guest who stays in this fun little bungalow. This unique two structure tree house connected by a rope bridge sits high among the bamboo leaves. Down below you’ll hear the sounds of a trickling stream that runs underneath the treehouse, a bridge and a hammock. This simple intimate setting provides quiet spaces to rest and relax, with an added bonus of an escape room style treasure hunt hidden amongst the tree houses. The first structure consists of a 144 square foot bedroom with 3 sets of French doors and a vaulted ceiling supported by pine beams. There is a wraparound porch on 3 sides surrounded by bamboo railing. The tin roof provides a calming sound when it rains. All six doors open up fully to allow maximum airflow, but a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit are also installed in the first tree house. Guests will notice a Swiss Family Robinson inspired helm installed to helm raise a wood supply crate to the upper levels. Along the center tree is a ladder that leads through a trap door to a crow’s nest observatory above with bamboo railing. A full bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet and marble shower is reserved on the ground level exclusively for tree house guests. Guests are provided with handmade soap, clean towels, shampoo, etc. Guest are also provided with a brochure with all the many great restaurants and activities available in the Kennesaw area.
