Thank you for your interest in our Mall. We share the passion for antiques, collectibles and home décor with over 100 dealers in 30,000 square feet of space. We strive to offer our customers an experience they will want to share with their family and friends.
The Mall is staffed by professionals in the antique mall, resale and retail industry. We will host many events throughout the year to generate business while celebrating the success of our Dealers. We would love to have the opportunity to help you grow in the antique resale business.
Booths, spaces, walls and cases are rented by the month. Monthly rent for any particular space depends on size and location in the Mall. Here are examples of monthly rental fees for Dealers:
8’ X 8’ booth = $200.00/month
8’ X 9’ booth = $225.00 to $300.00/month
8’ X 13’ booth from $275.00 to $325.00/month
Cases from $50.00 to $200.00/month
Endcaps $25.00 to $35.00/month
Other spaces based on size & location.
For booths, a 6 month lease agreement is required with 1 month deposit payable with the 1st month’s rent. The deposit will be used as last month’s rent when Dealer leaves. When leaving, Dealer must return booth space to its original condition.
Dealers also pay a commission of 10% of gross sales plus a 3% fee for credit card purchases. The Mall collects and pays all sales tax.
Payments accepted at the Mall: cash, check, and the major credit cards --
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Dealer checks are issued twice a month, available on 5th and 20th. Sales are reported via email to Dealers each night after closing.
Normal Store Hours:
Monday - Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM
Friday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM
Sunday 12 PM to 6 PM
